- All returns must be received within 14 days of the date your order shipped from us.
- If there are any damages to your item(s), you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your item(s). No exceptions.
- Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and the tags/packaging (if any) must still be attached. If items are returned worn, with makeup or deodorant on them, damaged or beyond the return period, they will be sent back to you at your expense.
- All clearance/sale items, Outlet/Last chance and custom/pre-orders are final sale.
- Include your original receipt, and circle the names of the items you wish to return.
- Excessive returns may result in original shipping costs being deducted from your store credit.
If the order is returned past the 14 day limit or does not fit the return guidelines, the items will be sent back to you at your expense, OR, we can send the items back to you with a future order. We will hold non-returnable merchandise for 30 days. After 30 days, the items will be donated to charity.
Refunds can only be issued in the form of an online store credit, minus $6 for return shipping costs. Once received, you will be emailed a gift card (no expiration date) for the amount of your return. Processing time for all returns is 1-2 business days.
